  overdelivery in MO not possible

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce

  - open / confirm / start a MO with 10 PCE
  - click 'produce' and change qty to 12 PCE (no warning about 'wrong qty')

  result: stock move and stock level = 10 PCE

  so: HOW TO?
