Vishal,

I don't believe it's typical German: you don't print 'Confirmation' when
you would like to purchase goods. You would print 'Confirmation' while
confirming a sales order.

Bug description:
  The report Purchase Order prints out a title "Purchase Order Confirmation".
  This is wrong, as it's a Purchase Order we're issuing. The confirmation has to be sent by your supplier.
