[Bug 788966] Re: Cannot start server on port 28070

I think this is a bug, not a question, as the server starts ok, if I
shutdowns the other instance that is listening on 8070/8069/8071, and
the newly started instance is actually listening on 8070/8069/8071, even
if the configuration specifies for 28070/28069/28071 respectively. I'm
not sure if this bug is a regression bug due to wrong reading
configuration files (coding problem), or due to change in configuration
file for 6.1 that is incompatible with 6.0. I think I'm using 6.0
configuration file, as there is no sample to cross-check.

I think this bug should be ReOpened.
