  Merging purchase orders open a new tab, with untranslated name and
  approved state checked

Bug description:
  Hi,

  Server 6.0.2

  When severals PO are merged,
  a new tab is opened with untranslated name, 
  the default filter is "approved"

  I think that since we can only merge draft PO's, the default filter should be Draft
  And no new tab should be displayed.
