  [extra 5.0] module 'city' crashes

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  New

Bug description:
  Install the 'city' module of extra-addons 5.0.

  No tests are made to know if a state is linked to a country, so when
  trying to get country name from an address we get the error of the
  joined image.

  There should have a test on the method _get_country(...) to know if a
  country is linked to a state.
