I have checked the bug, there already exists a warning for SO. But it needs to be added for PO.
It should be fixed from purchase module.

  RFQ: no warning when price is missing in pricelist

Bug description:

  Create new purchase order line with product which has no entry in the
  partner related purchase pricelist: no warning appears.

  Different behaviour in creating a new sales order line (with no entry
  in related sales priceslist).

  IMHO the behaviour in both functionalities should be similar, the
  warning should appear in RFQ as well.
