  RFQ: no warning when price is missing in pricelist

Bug description:
  6.0

  Create new purchase order line with product which has no entry in the
  partner related purchase pricelist: no warning appears.

  Different behaviour in creating a new sales order line (with no entry
  in related sales priceslist).

  IMHO the behaviour in both functionalities should be similar, the
  warning should appear in RFQ as well.
