  user widget config becomes global when user deleted

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When a user is deleted, its widget config (res.widget.user) becomes global (and become visible to all users).
  This is not critical, but the widget config of a user should be deleted with the user.
