Hello,
I retest the issue after update the database and restart the server on the 01st June.
Now the creation date is ok for the physical inventories.
But we still have the problem on the Delivery orders, Incoming shipments and Internal moves.
I attach a file with screen shots to describe our problem.

  Wrong value in field creation date (field : date - object :

Bug description:
  In Warehouse, when create a new Physical inventory or Delivery orders or Incoming shipment, 
  the date displayed in the creation date field is the starting server date.
  Expected behaviour : creation date = current date
  Platform : Ubuntu 10.0.4
  OpenERP version : 6.0.2
