Actually I suspect that the trunk branch has been renamed to 5.0.
As a consequence, there is no trunk branch anymore, and 5.0 is selected as the mainline branch.

If such is the case, I think the cleanest solution would be : 
- rename the branch "5.0" back to "trunk"
- create a new branch for 5.0
- merge all updates from "6.0" into "trunk" and keep trunk the mainline.

A simpler move is to create a new trunk and make it the new mainline,
but who knows what other links are broken in LP.
