I have the same ptoblem in FF 3.6.17 on FC14.

It is not working at all in Opera!!!

  v6 AttributeError: 'ir_ui_menu' object has no attribute
  'button_install_cancel'

Bug description:
  Salut,
  menu administration>modules management>modules 
  I clic on the button "to be upgraded", when I clic on the red button "cancel installation" to delete a module of the list I have this error :
