This feature is already implemented with current trunk so your will see this in next release of OpenERP.
We can not directly backport the new feature in to stable but If you have a maintenance contract with us then you can directly contact with us on support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (OPW team) will definitely helps you regarding this type of issue.

Bug description:
  There are a list of bugs where an indication "Invalid form, correct
  red fields!" is given, but users can't find these red fields. see

  The error message should be extended by a list of fields to correct,
  which gives the user (and consultants or programmers) a hint where to
