It's a custom module to import account_move_lines from a 3rd party
system

but you should get the same problem importing periods if OpenERP
preference language is "German"

  error importing CSV columns with Umlaute

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  autodedect raises error

  selecting the columns manualy imports the rows, but unly the first
  columns till  "Geschäftsjahr"

  IMHO a UTF-8 mapping issue
