  fetchmail : fecth attachement even if the check box add attachement is

Bug description:
  fetchmail : fecth attachement even if the check box add attachement is not checked
  Create an email server, don't check add attachement. Fetch email with attachement.

  Attachement are created event if the check box add attachement is not
  checked : wrong
