  [PS] Drop-down list in english even if the current language is French

Bug description:
  Windows XP version 2002, OpenERP v6.0.2

  * Sales / Address Book / Customers, from the form view of a customer click to add an address
  * In the country field start typing "fr"

  Obtained result : it displays the list of matching countries in
  english while the current language is french

  Expected result : it displays the list of matching countries in the
  (current) language of the user
