The process view doesn't open in IE and it is working fine in Fire-fox.

  IE9 fails to render processes arrow

Bug description:
  Hi everyone,

  I spot an issue on IE9 not rendering properly the arrows in the
  processes workflow view. The arrows are not showing up. But this is
  working fine on the latest Firefox 4.

  Any help to address this issue?
