Title:
  [base_sale_multichannels] workflow stuck in waiting invoice if
  order_policy == 'manual'

Status in Magento Open ERP Connector:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  this is because we are not triggering the proper workflow signal in
  oe_status method in that case. So order is stuck in "waiting invoice"
  state despite being invoiced and even paid.
