The server could not know the exact host name. But usually the user know
the hostname. I suggest a new step in the configuration where the user
give the host name. See the attach mockup for more details

Bug description:
  With OpenERP v6 (stable)

  With an online DB when I try to synchronize the meetings calendar and
  I get the following URL: http://localhost:8069/webdav/test-
  mail/calendars/users/admin/c/Meetings

  Expected behavior: an adapted URL according to the URL of the DB which
  is for my example: http://test-mail.my.openerp.com:8069/webdav/test-
  mail/calendars/users/admin/c/Meetings
