  [PS] Demo user in English even if it works with french demo data

Bug description:
  Using the french language (or another) and demo data

  * Administrator has the French language by default but not the demo
  user

  Obtained result : Demo user has the English language by default

  Expected result : Demo user has also the French language by default
  (to avoid the user to be obliged to change his language)
