Ok... but I think there's still a bit of a bug. It doesn't appear the
existing filter will ever work as it is filtering on a non-existent
field - procurement_id. Even just adding the procurement_id field to the
tree view would fix that.

Bug description:
  When opening the Minimum Stock Rules from a procurement order, the
  default search field in the context doesn't exist, so the filter
  doesn't work. Attached patch adds procurement_id to the search fields
  and updates the context to use search_default_procurement_id.
