  [PS] Osv exception doesn't  work properly in some other language like
  French,fr_BE

  trunk addons revno 4784
  Language : French

  * Human Resources > Human Resources > Employees, on the employee form
  click on print attendance error report

  Obtained result : having the current language set as French, the
  following error is reported
