[Bug 800102] Re: Cannot change a partner category on web client
Hello Pimpolho,
I have checked your issue at my end with web-client.
You have edit the record after press the main form 's "Save" button for
more reference I have attached a video so would you please check it
which make more clear.
The "many2many" behavior is different in Gtk client and web-client. So
you have misunderstood on this.
When you want to edit the record in "many2many" field in web-client you
have to press the "Save" button on the main form view but in Gtk client
When you close the "many2many" fields pop-up the record will be saved
but this is currently not possible in web-client.
So this is not a bug but you have faced this problem because of the
different behavior of both client.
That's why I am closing this bug.

Bug description:
Openerp 6.0.2.
On the web client whenever a partner category is added to a partner it is reset on save making impossible to change or assign catergories.
This works on the GTK client.
