Hello Mihai,

"email_invoice","smtpclient","email_purchase" are the part of the extra-
addons, which are maintained by the community, including all the modules
created by "OpenERP" or "Tiny", as none of these are actively developed
by our teams anymore.

For your problem is generated from "smtpclient" module I have checked
that the model email_headers has no access rules define that's why you
have faced this type of problem.

I have attached a patch regarding your problem I have gives all access
rights to email_headers model on erp_manager group So apply this patch
and add "Administration / Access Rights" to your particular user which
is solved your problem.

So if you or anyone from the community would like to work on it, please
mark the bug as "In progress" and assign it to yourself (or ask us or
anyone from OpenERP Drivers to do it for you). In the mean time, I will
mark it as "Won't fix" to indicate that no further progress is expected
at the moment.

Title:
  after installing and configuring smtpclient and emai_purchase and
  email_invoice user cannot make partial reception

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  After installing email_purchase, email_invoice and smtpclient, an user
  cannot process a partial reception

  Go to warehouse -> Product Moves-> Reception
  press on the partial button in one line, or enter form view and press partial.

  the error message is this:
  "AccessError

  You can not read this document (email.headers) ! Be sure your user
  belongs to one of these groups: /."
