[Bug 776591] Re: [trunk] Document attached to a project does not appear in the project folder
Hello Vishal,
Try to set your Projects directory as "Folders per resource" type.
Then, go to a project (or task) and attach a file with the sidebar on
the right.
Do you see the file in the project directory when browsing the ftp
server?

Title:
[trunk] Document attached to a project does not appear in the project
folder
Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
Incomplete
Bug description:
Using trunk of server, web and addons, I have installed project and
document modules.
Using FTP, I can see one folder for each project (= analytic account).
If I attach a document to a project, it does not show up in the
directory of the corresponding project.
On the web client, the document is in the Documents directory...
I expected what's described here:
http://doc.openerp.com/v6.0/book/7/7_19_Documents/7_19_Documents_attachment.html
"if you attach a document to one of OpenERP’s resources then that
document will automatically become visible over FTP in the document
management system."
