  nl_multibank: banking costs with type 'DIV'

Status in Account Banking Framework:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Banking costs charged by the SNS Bank on a personal account do not
  have a remote_account, and have a type 'DIV'. This combination is
  judged invalid by the current parser.

  Example:

  25-02-2010,0123456789,,,,,,EUR,999.99,EUR,-1.95,25-02-2010,24-02-2010,7241,DIV,70329259,,'kosten
  rekening en evt  pas(sen)',4

  After modifying the code to allow this combination, the statements of
  this bank account are handled very well. This is much appreciated, and
  a great asset for the Dutch community.
