  account_invoice_layout: type/state of line not selectable (6.x)

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  account _invoice_layout is supposed to make it possible to add
  "virtual" lines into an invoice by adding different types of
  account_invoice_line such as "subtotal", "line", "page break" in
  addition to a regular invoice line.

  However the needed field to select the type/state of an invoice line
  is never shown to the user and therefor not selectable by the user.
  Even with account_invoice_layout only regular invoice lines can be
  added.

  A very similar functionality is added in 'sale_layout' for sale
  orders, where is works nicely.
