Sorry for last reply. Is not the case.
I looked on the image of price list definition. I saw New Price = Base 
Price * (1 + 0.000) + 0.000, based on Public price (RON).
This mean that New Price = Public price * 1 = Price in RON converted in EUR.
So, 1RON=0,24EUR.
IF you want New price = 1 EUR you can set New Price = Base Price * (1 + 
-1,000) + 1,000
But you want to add in your version list one item for every product.

Bug description:
  Scenario:
  I create a simple pricelist - currency EUR - based on Public price
  I do create a sales order and pres Add products, there I go and select the magnifier icon and check the products, they are all having different Public prices and pricelist prices.

  I presume would be the same.

  Please check the attached pictures.

  On the purcahse pricelist, it is working correctly the same way.
