  No one can create or modify product objects (except admin) if you
  don't install stock

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  New

Bug description:
  Steps:

  1 - Create new db with product module
  2 - Create new user with group 'Sales / Manager'
  3 - The new user can't create product categories

  Looking at this file
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-addons/6.0/view/4677/product/security/ir.model.access.csv
  you can see that no create/write rules are loaded by product module.
  So, installing 'product' only, no one, except admin, can create or modify those objects
