Message #27529
[Bug 691546] Re: Multi-select attributes not available in OpenERP
Hi Kyle,
This request is related to the Magento attribute type called "Multiple
Select" (found under "Catalog Input Type for Store Owner" in Magento
attributes). This attribute type is not fully supported by the connector
at this time, thus the request.
The ability to select multiple products in OpenERP and update attributes
would be a welcome feature (similar to mass action in Magento), although
it might be best to have a separate request to avoid confusion.

Title:
Multi-select attributes not available in OpenERP
Status in Magento OpenERP Connector:
In Progress
Bug description:
Hello,
I have OpenERP v6 RC1 installed, and the latest connector and related
modules from trunk installed as well. On the Magento side I have
v1.4.1.1 installed.
I created product attributes/groups/sets in Magento, and imported them
into OpenERP. Everything seems to be working except for attributes
with the "Catalog Input Type for Store Owner" property set to
"Multiple Select". The other input type options work including
"Dropdown". In OpenERP this attribute is set as type "char" and does
not have any of the predefined fields from Magento.
On this page: https://launchpad.net/magentoerpconnect/ this feature
below is listed:
* imports Magento custom product attributes in a click, even "select" or "multi-select" attributes (options are imported on the fly)
---
I'm not sure if this is a bug or just something with my set-up, any
advise would be welcome.
