According to your comment#2 you don't have faced problem now.
And I have checked your issue at my end and I have not faced any problem.

So it is your side configuration problem not a bug.

  workorder names wrong after duplicate BOM

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I duplicate a BOM and change the referenced product , the
  workorders produced for the new BOM have the old product name
