Filsys is right in comment#9.

I think you have misunderstand something.
It is a system behavior not a bug which is you have described in bug report 

Let me explain the whole thing of your scenario.

Your company currency is RON and the currency rate with RON to EUR is (1 EUR = 4,2 RON
1 RON = 0,24 EUR).

When you have create a product then it will take the company currency So your product created in RON currency.
Now you have gives a public price for a product: 1 so it means that the public price of product is 1 RON.

And you have created a pricelist in EUR currency So it will converted a product's public price RON to EUR.
Currency rate is 1 RON = 0,24 EUR. That's why you can see the 0.24 value in your pricelist which is in EUR.
So your product's public price is 0.24 EUR which is same as a 1 RON.

It is the system behavior not a bug.

  wrong price taken from simplest pricelist

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):

Bug description:
  Scenario:
  I create a simple pricelist - currency EUR - based on Public price
  I do create a sales order and pres Add products, there I go and select the magnifier icon and check the products, they are all having different Public prices and pricelist prices.

  I presume would be the same.

  Please check the attached pictures.

  On the purcahse pricelist, it is working correctly the same way.
