scusa ma faccio ancora un po' fatica a seguire la discussione così
(posso migliorare)

concordo che non ha alcun senso far dipendere sales da hr
ma in che campo si era pensato di mettere il codice fiscale dei
dipendenti nella loc it?
Serve dare qualche chiarimento?

  Probabilmente conviene creare il modulo l10n_it_hr e rimuovere da
  l10n_it_sale i file relativi al modulo 'hr' (che poi sono solo dati
