Title:
  partner address cannot be deactivated

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Hello,

  At the moment we can't deactivated a partner address, the column is
  present in the object but not in views related to this object.

  It's must be possible, in the case of one customer change his delivery address, we must prevent our employee to send the product to the wrong address.
  We need to keep the previous address to trace the history of the customer and to keep the previous generated document coherent.
