Title:
  translation button does not appear for multiline text fields

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In the 6.0 series, the translation button does not appear besides
  multiline text field.

  Example: in Fiscal Position, the Notes field is translatable. In the
  GTK client, the translation button/flag is displayed. This is not the
  case in the web client.
