This is your end problem due to code side changes, May be your database
is not completely updated.So I am suggesting you update your db
regularly after updating the code.If you will face any serious issue
regarding database crash then you can contact us on support@xxxxxxxxxxx

Lookup form not showing the data

Bug description:
It seems that on my OpenERP version (6.0) lookups are not working. For
example: you have a new sales order (or invoice or what ever) and you
have a partner field. If you start typing partners name system will
show you results in dropdown and that's fine.
But, if you click on lookup icon to get the table view of all partners
(or anything else like currencies, contacts etc) you either get an
empty table or your company if you are looking for partners.
Not sure if that's related with web client version 6.0 or not since on
GTK client is working correctly.
