I think this will not be a bug but a blueprint.

Example: Graphics industry. They need a plate with the model to print
independently if they are going to print 1 unit or 2000 units or papers
because the model is always the same for an order, but building the
model has got a cost so it must be included on Bom.

Is that Mihai?
