Hello Regina,

I have checked your issue with latest trunk and all in one stable
6.0.2(windows) but all are working as expected.

There are two options for "Steps to deliver a Sale order" in sale
application configuration wizard:

1) Delivery order only : When you selected this option then only one picking(which is delivery order) will created.( And move created for stock to customer location for each SO line)
2) Picking List & Delivery Order : When you selected this option then two picking (one for internal move and second foe delivery order) will created. (And move created one is stock to output and second output to customer location for each SO line).

I think you have problem about the more then one stock move for (output
to customer) But it will created because how many lines you have creates
in SO then those all line's stock move will creates which the behavior.

One more thing in stable there is one problem the wizard doesn't updated
it's value form this wizard after selecting the second option and this
issue was already posted on lp:725571 and fix committed.

I have attached a video for your more reference so would you please
check it and notify us where did you face the problem.

  Stock move Output to customer created twice

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
  1. Create a new Sale Order
  2. Fill in the customer information
  3. Add MORE THAN ONE sale order line
  4. Confirm the Sale Order

  then extra OUT with confirm state will be shown
