May be I state the question unclearly. 
When I confirmed the INT move generated from Sale Order, extra OUT with confirm state will be shown 
Please kindly have a check on the attached video.

  Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed
  1. Create a new Sale Order
  2. Fill in the customer information
  3. Add MORE THAN ONE sale order line
  4. Confirm the Sale Order

  then extra OUT with confirm state will be shown
