Hello,

I have analyzed complete code But did not face any problem.

The code which you taking about the above specification is not hard
coded it is just assigned a default value when this argument contains
false value.

Would you please provide me the case where you face wrong value
assignment regarding invoice type.

I have tested all possible way for creating invoice form stock.picking
But I did not face any problem for invoice create.

  sale margin breaks invoice type

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Sale margin has overwritten action_invoice_create of stock.picking and
  sends hard coded 'out_invoice' as invoice type.

  This breaks invoice creation from inward picking.
