I have checked your issue with latest trunk and stable both in web-
client at my end.

But all are working fine.
I have installed the following modules.
hr,hr_payroll_account,hr_recruitment.

So would you please provide more information on this.

Or have you installed any module form extra-addons? and which module you
have installed?

Title:
  [6.0-trunk, client-web, hr module] Error generated when replacing
  image for Employee in Web UI

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I use the default installation of OpenERP 6.0-trunk, client-web

  1. Login as user demo
  2. Replace the image of employee 'Bonamy'
  3. OpenERP returns the error screen (see attached). Cannot expand the error 'Let me fix it'

  It works normally with GTK client.
