Hello Eric,

I have checked this issue at my end and did not face any problem regarding virtual location.
There is a related domain available for incoming and outgoing shipment but one of the field from source or destination location will allow you to select the all types of location.

For your reference I am attaching the related video.Would you please
check and notify me about your end issue.

Title:
  Cant access virtual location in incoming shipment when translated into
  Chinese

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  If I translate the virtual location into Chinese I cannot see theml when entering a move in incoming shipment or outgoing shipment when I want to select them in the picking move. Only internal location appears.
  When I take out the domain of from the view :
                                          <field name="location_id"/>
                                          <field name="location_dest_id"/>
  Then if the location is in english in both translated and main field, then I can choose the location in the field (but not in the search form)
