I have tested your scenario with latest stable and trunk both at my end.

But all are working fine and I am not able to face any problem.

So would you please elaborate more on this.

I have attached a video for your reference so would you please check it
and notify us where did you face the problem.

Title:
  event closing date and time matches beginning date on edit

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce the issue:
  1) Edit an event by going to "Association > Event organization > Events"
  2) Change the "Beginning date" (time), save, now "Closing date"(time) matches the "Beginning date"
  3) try to edit again and change the "Closing date"(time), save, it still matches the "Beginning date"

  OpenERP versions: official distribution 6.0.2, with no updates to
  modules
