  Layout change in the Triodos CSV format (account numbers)

Status in Account Banking Framework:
  New

Bug description:
  Triodos bank recently changed the layout of account numbers in its CSV
  export file format, from padded numeric strings (0123123123) to
  unpadded dotted strings (12.31.23.123). I will provide a patch.
