Nhomar, I think the point you are making about product price and cost in multi-company setups are addressed partially by bug 778170 and need a more complete analysis if we want to come to a final solution in the core (and less focused on an extra-addon) for the future.
This issue might be a little more complicated than meets the eye, and probably it would be better to gather all efforts in the same place - shouldn't this bug be a duplicate of bug 778170 (whose scope can be broadened if required)?

Bug description:
  Hello.

  IMHO if we are saying that OpenERP works multicompany out of the box,
  so this 2 fields must be properties.

  In 90% of cases prices are DIfferent not equals between companies.

  PD: There are a module called product_multicompany, but it broke some
  sql reports, i don't find already another problems in the use of this
  feature....

  We are working in a Solution soon!
