Title:
  When Deleting Items that Shortcut points to OpenERP will stop working
  on login

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The Bug can be reproduced in the following way:

  Actions:
  1. Create a new Custom Dashboard
  2. Create a menu Item for the dashboard
  3. Go to the Dashboard and Add the dashboard to the Shortcut List 
  4. Now Delete The Dashboard and the Menu Item

  Result:
  1. Open ERP will no delete The Shortcut Item.
  2. When loging out and back in login will not be allowed.

  Quickfix;
  1. Delete the item out of the ir_ui_view_sc table.
