I have tested your scenario but I have not face any problem.

Would you please elaborate more on this issue and provide proper steps
with screenshot or video so we can

reproduce same at our end.

  openerp-web in 'production' - selection with many2one records not
  updated

Bug description:
  openerp-web 6.0 series

  Steps:

   - Set server.environment = "production"
   - Create a new partner title
   - Try to create new partner

  In the selection field 'Partner Form' you won't see the new partner
  title
