I have tested your scenario with latest updated code but still I did't
faced any problem.

I have attached a video for your reference, Would you please check it
and informed us where you faced the problem.

Would you please elaborate more your end scenario, which object you have
faced this problem with screenshot or

video so we can reproduce same at our end.

Title:
  [6.0.2] Gantt view colors swapping constantly

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I have defined a gant view for a model with the level option referring
  to the state field of my model. In the view when I check things on the
  right side, the colors are sometime swapping between themselves (it
  seem to happen if there is more than 4 differents states displayed)
  It's highly annoying and doesn't help usability since you need to
  constantly refer to the color chart.
