Title:
  'Clear' button in tree view does wrong action

Bug description:
  Hi,

  An object with multiple search view will has this issue. Take object
  stock.picking as example. stock.picking has 3 menus Incoming
  Shipments, Internal Moves, Delivery Orders. Each type has different
  search view.

  1. Click on menu Internal Moves
  - it will get right search view for this window action (view_stock_picking_internal_search)
  2. Click on 'Available' filter button in this search view.
  3. Then click on 'Clear' button to clear all filters.
  - now it displays different search view (search view with the lowest priority, in this case search view of menu Incoming Shipments, view_picking_in_search)
