Hello,

Currently this functionality has removed form official addons.
But regarding your solution you can use the product_variant_multi module for extra-addons  as per Raphael said.

And for implementation this again in to addons we need to more
clarification and discussion.

So currently I am setting this as an "Opinion".

  Mono axial Variant product form does not exist any more?

Bug description:
  I can't create a product variant like this, for a shoes' reseller

  A shoe (product)
  A shoe T40 (variant 1 )
  A shoe T41 (variant 2)

  I can't find anymore the view or the menu to do this.

  In the openerp base tables, i find tables dealing with that.

  I read somewhere that it has been removed from the v6 UI of openerp?

  That is true?
