Hello,

I finally figure out the way to get around it: to start the openerp-
server with all default configuration and save the profile (-s), then
update relevant fields to the necessary values (before I was using the
6.0-RC2 version for production and would like to move to the final
release). Apparently, there are incompatible changes between these 6.0
versions.

However, I'm facing similar problems with 6.1 web-client, and the above
tactic doesn't seem to work anymore. I can't use all the default
configuration values (i.e. no configuration) as it conflict with my
production instances.

I just wonder if you have any test-cases for this kind of error?

  [openobject-client-web/6.0/] TypeError: sequence item 72: expected
  string or Unicode, bool found

Status in OpenERP Web Client:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I have the following error when using the latest openobject-client-
  web/6.0/ (details version info is at the end). Strangely, if I change
  the openerp-server port (e.g from 8070 to 8170), the this error
  doesn't show up but of course the web-client cannot find the server
  (see attached). Is there any possibility that the openerp-server and
  openerp-webclient is out of sync when talking UTF-8 data?
